They say that the alley named after him, on the North side of St. Louis Cathedral, is where his old cottage was, and there have been sightings of his ghost there! And the food was good!
And then, off in the distance, we saw a light. We walked toward it like moths to a flame. As we walked closer, we were delighted to see it was a restaurant and then we were ecstatic that it was, indeed, open!
The Camellia Grill is known for cloth napkins and the servers wearing white coats and bow ties! The food might not be super fancy, but the place sure feels special.
