July 8 (Wednesday)…12th ANNUAL CLASSIC CAR SHOW…6-8pm at the Quoin Bank parking lot just north of 69th and Western. Hot cars, live music, and good food. A family event featuring the Great Plains Street Rodders. The event will benefit Hands and Voices, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting families with deaf or hard of hearing children.
July 9 (Thursday)…HOT DOG NITE IN LUVERNE, MN…Serving over 15,000 free all beef hot dogs from Rock-Nobles Cattlemen, and beverages until gone. Serving starts at 5:30pm at several downtown businesses parking lots. There’s plenty of other fun things planned too. The annual Wiener Dog Beauty Pageant at 7:00PM followed by the Wiener Dog Races. - Denny Sanford Splash Pad – 810 N. Phillips Ave. Open daily from 11:00AM-8:00PM. Admission is free. A state-of-the-art splash pad that includes a variety of water and spray features.
