Hi, Ben here, and I’m embarking on a mission to not be fat when I turn 42. To do that I’ve partnered with Profile by Sanford and I want to take you with me on my journey.

Hello everyone! I am here to say I'm a lesser person. I mean there is less to this person today. Yes! the weight is disappearing. Well, maybe not disappearing, more like it's burning off.

At my latest weigh-in I was down seven more pounds. This is a quite an accomplishment because of the funk I had been in. I lost some time as summer turned to fall, but the numbers don't lie, I'm back on track.

My road to 299 was interrupted, but at least I maintained as I worked through the hard weeks. And I cannot say it enough; I would not have stayed on track if it wasn't for my Profile Coach.

At our last meeting it was such a fresh change of pase to come in with good news and a renewed fire burning in me. All the talk of staying calm and focusing is paying off.

Now, I have to watch our for my other bad habit: thinking that a small success is the same as reaching my goal. It's not. This is still just the start. My pants are sagging more than a grown man's should, and I'm liking it. My shirts are starting to feel too big. But, I don't see it in my face, so I'm still avoiding selfies.

I just want to tell you guys that it's working! The meal replacements, low carb, all the veggies, and of course my coach are paying off.

I'm seeing how hard I need to work. But, isn't anything worth it worth working hard for? I'm going to need to call on all the power in me to do it, but I can fee that power. I can see it happening. I can see the end, the goal.
