"Numb" by Linkin Park was the third single off of their album, Meteora.

"Numb" went on to be on the band's most successful songs not only according to sales, but also in critical acclaim.

"Numb" charted well on multiple Billboard charts including the Alternative Songs chart where it was #1 for 12 weeks. That 12 week span included six weeks at the top in 2003 and six weeks in 2004. "Numb" also spent three weeks at #1 on the Billboard Hot Mainstream Rock Tracks chart and peaked at # 11 on the Billboard Hot 100.

According to Wikipedia, "As of November 2018, the song has over 1 billion views and 5 million likes on YouTube. It is the oldest uploaded video on the website that has crossed the 1 billion views milestone."

The music video features Briana Evigan whom you may recognize from Step Up 2:The Streets. The music video was shot in Prague, Czech Republic except for the band scenes. Lead singer, Chester Bennington, was suffering from abdominal and back pain so the band's scenes were filmed at a later date in Los Angeles.
