I know 2020 has been an interesting year to say the least, but I'm choosing to close out 2020 on a high note. I have a good feeling.

I know with every new year, people tend to get all philosophical about the start of something new and good things to come and I don't think this year should be any different.

Sure Covid-19 is still a thing, but the approval and administering of the first vaccines is a ray of hope!

And, I think the only way for people to change and grow is through hard times. Hopefully, we have all learned a lot from this year that we can take with us into the new one and just be better people!

So enough of all the cheesy stuff. "Good Feeling" by Flo Rida was the lead single from his fourth studio album, Wild Ones.

"Good Feeling" samples Etta James' "Something's Got a Hold on Me" and because of this writing credit is given to Flo Rida, Dr. LukeCirkutBreyan IsaacArash PournouriAviciiEtta JamesLeroy Kirkland and Pearl Woods. Avicii and Arash Pournouri received credits due to Avicii's song "Levels", which also sampled the Etta James song, being sampled in this song. Did you get all that?

Flo Rida definitely had a hit on his hands with "Good Feeling." According to Wikipedia, "'Good Feeling' debuted on the Billboard Hot 100 at No. 82 in its first week of release,[9] and peaked at No. 3 in its 16th week on the Hot 100 in January 2012.[10] It reached 3 million in sales by April 2012,[11] and has sold over 4 million in the U.S. as of March 2014."

"Good Feeling" did get to the top stop on other charts though. It went to #1 on the Mainstream Top 40 chart and US Rhythmic chart.
