Throwback Thursday-‘Gone Till November’ Wyclef Jean (1998)

"Gone Till November" by Wyclef Jean was the third single off of his first solo album, The Carnival. 

The song did well here in America. According to Wikipedia:

...reached #7 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Additionally, it reached #2 in the Hot Rap Singles chart and #9 in the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Singles & Tracks.

The music video was shot in LAX and features Wyclef trying to leave town while other patrons of the airport sing his song.

There is also a cameo by Bob Dylan.

The orchestra part of the song was performed by New York Philharmonic Orchestra. Pretty fancy stuff.

I've been to LAX. I don't remember it being this nice or spacious.
