LFO's "Every Other Time" was a 5 Seconds to Cash snippet the other day, and, not surprisingly, Andy said he had never heard of it. I asked if he would play the whole song and he said that's what you have Throwback Thursday for. So, here we are.

"Every Other Time" by LFO was the first single off of their second and final album, Life is Good.

LFO is an acronym for Lyte Funky Ones. The band was made up of Rich Cronin, Devin Lima, and Brad Fischetti.

"Every Other Time" reached number 44 on U.S. Billboard Hot 100 and peaked at #8 on the Billboard Top 40 Mainstream chart.

Sadly, Brad Fischetti is the only surviving member of LFO.

Rich Cronin passed away from acute myelogenous leukemia in 2010.

Devin Lima passed away from adrenal cancer in 2018.

However, their legacy lives on in such hits as "Summer Girls", "Girl on TV", and of course "Every Other Time".

I remember "Every Other Time" being a staple on MTV's TRL. Watching the video back now, it has a ton of 2000's MTV references in it.

It starts out being like an episode of MTV Cribs where the film crew basically gets footage of Rich's massive breakup.

SPOILER ALERT: They get back together in the end.
