Where there's a Will, there's a very popular late night show segment-turned-series.

Will Smith has the honor of being the first guest on the Carpool Karaoke series, a takeoff on James Corden's popular segment on The Late Late Show. This new program premiered overnight on Apple Music and the early results are spectacular: heck, the above clip from the program debuted on YouTube and quickly became the number one trending video on the platform.

The show opens with Smith and Corden belting out "Gettin' Jiggy Wit It" before Corden summons a marching band to help them out.

The pair then discusses Smith's roots as a rapper, dating back to his teen years. They then launch into a duet of “Boom! Shake the Room."

Other interesting moments: Smith says he was asked to play Barack Obama in a film, discusses his penchant for saying, "Oh, hell no!" in movies and even takes a dig at his infamous bomb of a flick, Wild Wild West.

The rest of the series will feature different stars, with Corden surrendering the driver's seat (although he does return from time to time). Next week's episode will pair Alicia Keys and John Legend, while Metallica will go cruising around with Billy Eichner.
