Aaron and Daryl's fight through the warehouse parking-lot zombie horde (that's what I call a chain check!) on The Walking Dead's last episode of season five got me thinking about what would make a good zombie fighting playlist.

So I scoured the depth of my music memory and put together this playlist of the top five zombie fighting tunes.

First up, I start with this powerhouse track from Knife Party. This song has the energy to pup you up to get out there and start taking out some walkers.

Next I took a bit of a different turn with this Bob Dylan song. When I hear it I can see the scene perfectly: tire iron in hand running through a deserted street knocking off the biters.

This song I first heard on an episode of Bevis and Butthead. It came up in the shuffel recently and I got the image of two people getting ready to burst trough a door into an alley and fight through a herd of the dead.

Now we have the this from The Immortals. This version of the song "Techno Syndrome" is the Mortal Kombat mix, and that's important because even in the zombie apocalypse I'll still be a sad nerd. But, can't you just see blasting this song out of your converted anti-walker school bus as you fright your way out of a mall parking lot?

Finally, this Metallica cover of the Queen song is the soundtrack to all my Michonne fantasies. This is the music that should always play when she pulls out the sword and goes to work.

Those are my choices, what would yours be?
