There Are Never Too Many Bakeries! The Cupcake Shop ‘Half Baked’ Set To Open In Sioux Falls.

Is there really such a thing as too many bakeries?  Not in my world!  A new cupcake shop will be opening in downtown Sioux Falls in August, making it just that much tougher to stick with my diet.

The cupcake shop Half Baked of Sheldon, Iowa will be taking over the space of Sinful

Things Gourmet Desserts on Phillips Avenue in Sioux Falls.  Half Baked will not only have cupcakes, but also coffee and other types of baked goods.

Half Baked is scheduled to open on Wednesday, August 20th at 120 S. Phillips Avenue in Sioux Falls.

I let Stuart Daniel (who will help run the new Half Baked cupcake shop) know that the expected grand opening just happens to be two days before my birthday....so Happy Birthday to me! He told me that I would have to pick one cupcake to be my favorite.  Really, Stuart?  Just ONE?  Cupcakes are my weakness!
