The National Weather Service issued a Severe Thunderstorm Watch for parts of South Dakota, including Sioux Falls.

The Severe Thunderstorm Watch is in effect until 1:00 AM Thursday, July 10.

   The NWS Storm Prediction Center has issued a

   * Severe Thunderstorm Watch for portions of 
     Eastern North Dakota
     Central and Eastern Nebraska
     Eastern South Dakota

   * Effective this Wednesday night and Thursday morning from 735 PM
     until 100 AM CDT.

   * Primary threats include...
     Scattered damaging winds likely with isolated significant gusts
       to 80 mph possible
     Scattered large hail and isolated very large hail events to 2
       inches in diameter possible

   SUMMARY...Several clusters of thunderstorms are currently affecting
   portions of the central Dakotas and northern Nebraska.  These storms
   will intensify and spread eastward through the evening, posing a
   risk of severe wind gusts and some hail.

   The severe thunderstorm watch area is approximately along and 60
   statute miles east and west of a line from 10 miles east northeast
   of Devils Lake ND to 55 miles east southeast of Broken Bow NE. For a
