
This Week’s Forecast Brings A Warm Weekend Surprise
We are officially in that part of winter when people are just plain DONE with it. The snow is no longer pretty, and the cold is just making folks angry. But there is some hope in the forecast.
The latest forecast from the National Weather Service shows that Sioux Falls has one day and a couple more nights of single-digit temperatures. Thursday night, it's expected to drop 3 degrees below, then only warm up to about 9 degrees on Friday.

Then on Saturday it's expected to warm up to nearly 20! Then 35 on Sunday! But, there's a pretty good chance of some snow Saturday night into Sunday. Fortunately, it doesn't look like there'll be much accumulation.
Then next week the real fun starts. We could see daytime temperatures in the 30s on Monday and Tuesday.
