Quarantine Cooking: Turkey Brats and Green Beans
You guys, I really am a food blogger now. I mean, I previously baked cookies, made a pork loin, and Chicken with Cherry Tomato-Basil Sauce and Mediterranean Potatoes.
Next up, I wanted something kind of Summer inspired. Even though the weather has been a little chilly lately, I decided to grill up some turkey brats!
I don't have a patio or a garage so I can't grill outside, but I do have a grill pan! Perfect for indoor grilling!
I love regular brats, I mean, I am of German descent, but for a lighter option, I think turkey brats are great!
For an easy and colorful side dish, I really like these green beans and cherry tomato concoction I made up. That's right, I made it up! Just some green beans, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, garlic, olive oil, and salt and pepper. Easy peasy lemon squeezy.
