New Zealand Tattoo Artist Applies Stick on Designs to Down Syndrome Woman Every Week

Jason Ward, a tattooist at Muscle and Ink Tattoo in Hamilton, New Zealand, is becoming a web sensation after a photo was posted to Facebook showing him applying a temporary tattoo to a woman with Down Syndrome.

Suzie Barry comes in to Jason's parlor every Friday and he preps her skin as if she were to receive a full tattoo. He said:

"The first time she came in, she just walked in, slapped a couple of stick-on tattoo packets on the desk and asked me to put them on her arm. I said, 'what?' And she said it again so I sat her down and put them on."
