So many good music videos came out today!!!

I still love music videos. I think they can help tell a song's story even more! Or, they are just super fun! I remember re-watching music videos as a kid to try to learn the choreography. Yup. I was that person.

Anyway, let's get to it.

First off, New Kids on the Block released a music video for their song "Boys in the Band." This song is kind of a thank you to all the fans of boy bands/a shoutout to all their boy band brethren! There's no time for beef between the boy bands. There are enough fans to go around. The music video features cameos from Lance Bass, Bel Biv Devoe, Debbie Gibson, and Naughty by Nature. It's just a fun song and video!

Speaking of boy bands and teen idols, Jonas Brothers released a new song today, "Sucker." Oddly enough, they did not get a shoutout from New Kids on the Block. Ooops. Anyway, this music video features all of the Jonas' significant others: Kevin's wife Danielle, Nick's newly wedded wife, Priyanka Chopra, and Joe's girlfriend, Sophie Turner. The video is just full of lavish outfits being worn at a lavish mansion doing lavish, rich people things. It's kind of weird, but I don't hate it! Do rich people bathe in their front yard?

Next, it's cold outside, but Cardi B and Bruno Mars are heating things up! Cardi B and Bruno Mars released their official video for "Please Me" today. Honestly, I thought it was going to be raunchier because, well, the song is pretty naughty! It's still got plenty of blush worthy moments. However, what is the deal with Bruno's mustache. Not a fan.

Lastly, I'm gonna totally change directions. Ben Platt is one of my favorite new artists. Well, he's kind of new. You may know him as Benji from Pitch Perfect or from Broadway's Dear Evan Hansen. Well, now he's releasing original/solo music and it's beautiful. "Grow As We Go" is the third video from his solo debut album, Sing to Me Instead. The album is available March 29th. I love this song and video. So moving. Goosebumps!

Happy Friday!
