One of my biggest fears when I was pregnant was that I'd go into labor in aisle #4 at Target.  I'd be pushing my red cart, filling it up with things I really didn't need, and then BAM!, my water would break and the baby would be born right there at the store...in front of everyone.

That was fear #1.  Instead, the opposite happened.  My labors were so long that I would have had time to finish up my shopping, put it all away, go back to the store to buy even more and still make it to the hospital in time.

Fear #2 was that I'd pick the wrong name for my brand-new baby.😲

It is such a HUGE decision and with so many name possibilities, how can you narrow it down to just one?  Daily Mail states that 76% of people hate the name they were given when they were born.  I didn't want one of my first decisions as a parent to cause my kid to hate me.  I also didn't want to be one of the 1 in 10 moms who regretted what I picked for my kid.

Most Unique Baby Names in Minnesota Has Been Revealed

Every year in Minnesota, just under 70,000 babies are born.  One of the exceptions to that statistic is back in 2007 when over 73,000 babies were welcomed in the Land of 10,000 Lakes.  Lately though, the trend seems to indicate that Minnesotans are having fewer babies than in recent years.

Every child that is welcomed into this world has their weight taken, height, the circumference of their head is measured, and they are given a name.  Thanks to data from the Social Security Administration, we now know the most unique baby name for every state in the United States, including Minnesota.
