He's opened up for some big name acts over the years, and now he's headlining his own high energy show to Sioux Falls.

Gavin DeGraw's RAW Tour will play The District, Wednesday, September 13. Tickets go on sale Friday, June 16, at 10:00 AM.

The South Fallsburg, New York native has four Top 40 singles, and a Top Ten song ('I Don't Want to Be') on the Billboard Hot 100 to his credit. He's topped the charts twice, #1 on the Mainstream chart with 'I Don't Want to Be', and topping the Adult Contemporary chart with 'Not Over You'.

Two of DeGraw's albums, Gavin DeGraw and Sweeter, have also landed in the Top Ten.

'I Don't Want to Be', from his debut album Chariot, later became the theme song for the TV show One Tree Hill. DeGraw was also nominated for a Grammy for his duet with Colbie Caillat on 'We Both Know', from the film Safe Haven.

I can personally vouch for DeGraw's live show, having seen him twice in 2015 - first opening for Billy Joel in Minneapolis and later for Shania Twain in Sioux Falls (read my review of the Sioux Falls show).

DeGraw's performances score high marks both for the quality of the music and also his ability to engage with an audience.

I can't wait to see him as a headliner in a smaller venue in September!
