Working early mornings, you would think I pound the coffee in the morning, but I actually really like water in the mornings. It is more refreshing.

Don't get me wrong, I do enjoy caffeine. Our show gets done at 10 AM and that's when I feel a need a caffeine boost. This is basically my afternoon and I think most people feel that mid-afternoon drag. Plus, I go from a very interactive part of my job to sitting in a cubicle doing the 'boring' part of my job, so yes, I like caffeine then.

Which begs the question, could you give up caffeine for a week?
