With over 1,400 locations throughout the nation, 'Chipotle Mexican Grill' s looking for a location in Sioux Falls. but finding a spot they like is a bit difficult. Raquel Blount, vice president of commercial real estate for Lloyd Cos. says:
“There’s not an available opportunity that exists today,” Blount said. “We’re going to have to come up with a redevelopment or something like that, somebody to relocate or close or sell.”
