Bride, Groom Surprise Grandma in Hospital

When Matt and Jamie got married on January 24, 2015, there was one very special lady missing from their ceremony: Grandma Pat.

Pat had fallen ill a week before their wedding, so the newlyweds decided to surprise her by bringing the wedding to her at the hospital, complete with corsages and all.
