Hi, Ben here, and I’m embarking on a mission to not be fat when I turn 42. To do that I've partnered with Profile by Sanford and I want to take you with me on my journey.

I start the day with a meal replacement shake. I just mix my pouch with water and go. It’s great because I’ve never been a big breakfast guy. I like the chocolate ones the best.

In the mid-morning, for me around 9:30 AM, I have another meal replacement shake.

For lunch I my third meal replacement of the day, but this time I can ad some veggies and a little bit of fat. Right now I’ve been doing some raw cauliflower and red and yellow peppers with a cheese stick.

In the afternoon I have a Profile protein bar and a Profile fiber drink. The fiber drink is great because it fill me up.

For supper I have some more vegetables, and some protein.

A Little while later I have one more meal replacement shake.

The goal is to give my body what it needs, kick my metabolism up and burn fat.

Another part of this that I like is that they gave me a list of food to eat, along with the schdueal. I have a list of vegetables, fats and proteins. That is something I really need.

So far, eating on plan has been easy, and I definitely feel a difference in my second week. As far as pounds and inches, well, I don’t know. I am down a few pounds and my belt fells different. But, and maybe this is my own insecurity, I can’t tell it is real or imagined.

What has been hard is some sneaky cravings. I know that they aren’t connected to hunger, but emotional eating. This is going to be my biggest challenge. But, that’s what my coach is here for.
