Hi, Ben here, and I’m embarking on a mission to not be fat when I turn 42. To do that I’ve partnered with Profile by Sanford and I want to take you with me on my journey.

This week I have some exciting news. It's a big update. OK, here we go: I had pancakes!

Wait, no. I mean that's true I tried the Profile Homestyle Pancakes and they were really good. One packet functions as a meal replacement, it just mixes with water. Now I can really be part of breakfast for dinner nights.

But, that's not the big news, this is: I'm down 19.5 pounds and 6.75 inches! I've not quite broken that 300 barrier, but I'm closer than ever!

When I went in for my latest Profile couching session I got on the scale and saw I was down to 312. My coach took measurements of my body (jealous much?) and all my measurable parts had shrunk too!

Wow. But, nothing is over. I'm feel like i'm getting into the grove of eating this way. The cravings are coming less often. This is an exciting and dangerous time in my journey.

It's dangerous because I know me. with some success my brain occasionally has the tendency to say, "Great job! Let's celebrate by eating all the tacos!." NO! I can't let that happen. I can hang on and do this. Focus and help from my Profile coach are the path to success.

Next up is breaking the 300 barrier and adding in a few days of exercise a week.
