I am deep into new recipe territory in my Profile Journey. I'm always on the lookout for more ways to prepare vegetables. And more ways to deliver spice to my tongue.

I got this idea from my Profile coach when we were talking about our shared love of all things spicy. At this point breaded chicken strips are not on my eating plan. But, my coach suggested this cauliflower twist on buffalo wings as a way to get a little sweat going at dinner time.

This hits all the sweet spots for me. It's easy, has only a few ingredients and is easy. It's basically just roasted cauliflower with buffalo sauce, with a touch of ranch seasoning as the secret weapon. So full of flavor and good!

I cut up a head of cauliflower. Put in a dash of olive oil. Add some Frank's Wings Sauce. I use Frank's because there isn't any sugar listed in the ingredients. About half a packet of ranch seasoning is next. Then I shake it up and put it in the oven at 400 for about 25 minutes.

So good and filling; and it's only veggies and spices with a dash of fats. I've started eating it with this Walden Farms no calorie blue cheese dressing. Takes it to another level. To make it even better I can add some roasted chicken to the dish to make it a whole meal.
