Hi, Ben here, and I’m on a mission to not be fat when I‘m 42. To do that I’ve partnered with Profile by Sanford and I want to take you with me on my journey.

In a nice bit of serendipity, I have recently discovered the joys of powdered peanut butter, just as Profile has introduced their own powdered peanut butter.

I have a life-long love of PB, and thankfully the powdered version is on my list of what is called 'free foods.' Those are some spices and some snacks that I can eat each day that don't affect my caloric and carb intake levels. My other faves are hot sauce and the fat free whipped topping. The powdered PB is a great addition to my chocolate meal replacement shakes.

I got a suggestion from my Profile coach to try mixing the whipped topping and the powdered PB to make a free snack. I couldn't believe that I hadn't thought of that before. It's so simple and so good.
