Army to Ban Tattoos Below Elbows & Knees

The U.S. Army is announcing its plan to ban tattoos visible below the elbows or knees, and anything above the neck. Those who already have the tats are safe, but soldiers will be responsible for covering the cost to remove any ink that violates the new ban. What do you think?
