21 Things Your Realtor Wants To Tell You But Won’t
Real estate is confusing. That's why real estate agents exist. It's a good idea to use one in most situations, especially if you're buying a home. (That's because it doesn't cost you anything to have one if you're buying in most cases.) But, everyone has seen HGTV, and everybody wants to be a Realtor until they become one. Did you know that around 80% of real estate agents quit in their first year? It's a tough gig, and the clients sometimes are the reason why.
First, a little background. I was a licensed Realtor in Minnesota and Wisconsin for several years before the pandemic. I know I have a lot of former clients probably reading this, and I guarantee none of this was ever about you! Wink wink. Anyway, let's get to the list and remember this is all in fun. Good luck out there!
