Xavier Rhodes Has Perfect Response to Signing New Contract with Vikings

The Minnesota Vikings and Xavier Rhodes have agreed on a new contract that certainly made the young cornerback excited.

Rhodes and the Vikings agreed to a new contract worth $70 million with $41 million guaranteed. It will keep "Rhodes Closed" in Minnesota through the 2022 season. His signing bonus was $12 million.

It wasn't just Rhodes that was excited about the new contract. Vikings quarterback Teddy Bridgewater even chimed in.

Rhodes was drafted 25th overall in the 2013 NFL Draft. Rhodes has 207 tackles and seven interceptions so far in his career.
