TEA, S.D. - A robocall bomb threat has been made to another area school.

An elementary school in the Tea Area School District received the call Friday morning. The school was placed on lock down at 9:30 A.M. for about an hour, according to Superintendent Jennifer Lowrey. Parents were notified of the situation immediately.

The Tea Police Department and Lincoln County Sheriff's Office responded to the call.

Lowrey said that the call was similar to those made at Lowell Elementary in Sioux Falls.

"Our student safety is the number one thing we worry about," Lowrey said.

Lowell Elementary received threats on Monday and Wednesday.
