The Boy Band Con is a documentary about Lou Pearlman. Lou Pearlman defined an era in pop music, but he also ended up in prison for a ponzi scheme. He eventually died in prison.
The Boy Bad Con has testimonials from other famous faces of the time including JC Chasez, Chris Kirkpatrick, AJ McLean, Ashley Parker Angel, and Aaron Carter.
There are also interviews with Lance's mom as well as Justin Timberlake's mom.
If you followed NSYNC or Backstreet Boys, you were aware that both groups had lengthy legal battles to break contracts with Lou Pearlman in the early 00s.
