The restaurant just opened late last week. But why was it closed for almost a month?

The owners of Parker's Bistro made the announcement late last week that they intend to purchase Club David. It's leaving some Sioux Falls restaurant patrons a little bit confused.

It's part fashion show, part art installation, part fundraiser, and part hometown pride.
