This weekend I tried something different on my Traeger. Smoked Ranch Chicken and Taters.

I poured on a generous portion of Hidden Valley Ranch powder, Lawry's Season Salt, & pepper on some skinless Chicken thighs.

I also chunked up some red potatoes, stirred them up with the same mixture and smoked them in a small colander.

I smoked everything for 2 hours at +180, then bumped the temp up to +275 for another hour.

I tell you what...this is a recipe I will try again. It was awe-freakin'-some! Next time though, I will put the mixture in a baggie and do the shake-n-bake thing to coat the fixin's.
