Sioux Falls Libraries Announce New Adult Calendar of Events

If you would like to get out of Februaries cold and get in on some free fun! Here are what the city of Sioux Falls is offering at the cities libraries.

Sunday, February 18th - Oscar Film Series at the Caille Branch Library from 2:30 - 4:30 PM and 6:30 - 8:30 PM. They are rolling out the red carpet for the Academy Awards. Attend a showing of one of the nominated movies. Predict the winners in a trivia contest. There will be a different movie shown every Sunday and Tuesday in February.

Tuesday, February 20th - Bluegrass Music—Defined, Discussed, and Demonstrated at the Downtown Library 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM. Kelby Fode, Dan Kilbride, and Boyd Bristow demonstrate bluegrass music concepts using acoustic instruments.

Thursday, February 22nd - Intermediate Swing Dancing at the Downtown Library from 7:00 - 8:00 PM. Put on your dancing shoes! This is the second class in a two-part series. Intermediate Swing Dancing covers more complicated spins and dips.
