Parker’s Bistro Finally Re-Opens

Parker's Bistro is a local favorite for many diners in the Sioux Empire, but for the last 7 months they have been closed.

I was excited to receive an e-mail last week to inform me that Parker's is back!

The e-mail stated, "We are excited to announce the re-opening of Parker's Bistro!!!

After 7 months of being closed, where we did a deep CDC recommended cleaning, painted and re-decorated -- we are back and open for business from Tuesday thru Saturday, 4:30pm til close.

We have reduced our seating capacity by 50% so we encourage you to get online at www.parkersbistro.net or call 605.275.7676 for reservations.

We have a new menu, still seasonally driven by our chefs -- and the quality and the service you have come to expect from one of South Dakota's finest. "

So there you have it. Not only is Parker's Bistro open again, but it also got a makeover! Can't wait to check it out!

Parker's website states that they are hoping to offer a to-go menu and curbside soon.

Until then, if you feel comfortable, make sure to make that reservation to enjoy Parker's awesome seasonal menu. Right now, their special is for all you seafood lovers! The fish special is an oceanic trout with a squash and fig purée, buttercup caponata, micro arugula and carrot ribbon salad!

I'm relieved that Parker's has reopened because the Downtown Burger Battle is just around the corner and Parker's always has a delicious entry!
