I'm pretty open and honest about the fact that I'm weirdly interested in true crime stories, serial killers, cults, kidnappings, ya know, the usual.

Some people think it's weird, but I can't help it. I just like what I like.

I think I'm interested in these sorts of things on a normal level. If that makes sense.

Well, I've recently discovered a new podcast called 'My Favorite Murder.' The podcast started way back in 2016, so I'm a little late to the party, but better late than never.

The hosts are two hilarious women, Karen Kilgariff and Georgia Hardstark. Karen Kilgariff is a comedian and television writer. Georgia Hardstark is a writer and host for the Cooking Channel.

These two women help me not feel alone. Not only are they as weird as me (maybe weirder) they have a huge following of people like me who find true crime stories fascinating.

Even though they are discussing very 'heavy' stories they find a way to make it funny. I know that sounds terrible, but it's true.

I also like that they touch on serious issues like how mental health is addressed in this country as well as our flawed judicial system. And, they kind of have potty mouths, which I love!

Karen and Georgia have developed quite the following. This last year, they ventured out on a live tour. They also wrote a book and have tons of 'My Favorite Murder' merchandise.

I've recently been informed that there is a local 'My Favorite Murder' group that meets once a month! So, if you are interested in true crime or podcasts or both, check out 'My Favorite Murder' and maybe go chat with some other murderinos in Sioux Falls.

And remember, stay sexy and don't get murdered.
