Katy Perry Drops New Song and Music Video

After a couple features with Zedd on "365"  and Daddy Yankee on "Con Calma", Katy is back with a new solo single!

The new bop is called "Never Really Over." The song is very reminiscent of her hay day during the Teenage Dream era.

The music video has a very 70's, hippie vibe. It shows Katy living in a commune or cult of sorts. They are growing hearts in jars and then ingest these hearts. There is some sort of spiritual awakening and dancing out in a field. I'm not sure exactly what is going on, but I do know the song is super catchy and Katy looks good!

"Never Really Over" was produced by Zedd.

The song lyrically is about how sometimes after a break up, even years after, feelings can come back. That Katy is deep, you guys.

A new single probably means a new album is on the way, however, as of now, there is no official word on the title of an album or a release date.
