Many of us wait for the hot summer days and nights to enjoy Sioux Falls JazzFest. For those of you who still crave your jazz and want it in-doors, your appetite is about to be satisfied.

The Washington Pavilion and the Husby Performing Arts Center are pleased to present a new tradition for Thursday nights in Sioux Falls; Jazz Night at the Pavilion. The first Jazz Night will kick off with the smooth talent of J.A.S. Quintet featuring Jeremy Hegg.

Jazz Night at the Pavilion will be located in the Washington Pavilion at Leonardo’s Café and officially begins on Thursday (March 9) and will continue every Thursday from that night on. The doors will open at 7:00 PM and the live jazz starts at 8:00 PM and continues until 11:00 PM. $5 at the door gets you a beverage of your choice.

“The Washington Pavilion is excited to expand our offerings to now include a weekly jazz night, and we are excited to partner with J.A.S. Quintet to program each week,” explained Regina Ruhberg, Director of the Husby Performing Arts Center. “Leonardo’s Café will be transformed into part lounge and part jazz club, the perfect location for good food, drinks and a true to jazz experience.”
