Herd Of Horses Cause Traffic Hazard On Busy South Dakota Street
Does this happen anywhere else other than in South Dakota? A herd of horses caused a traffic hazard in the state's busiest city.
According to the Sioux Falls Police Department...at approximately 7 o'clock Thursday night the Sioux Falls Police Department began receiving several calls regarding a traffic hazard involving a herd of horses loose on the city streets.
The herd of about 10 horses was in the area of the intersection of East 26th Street and Southeastern Avenue.

Officers were able to corral the herd in the area of South Holt Avenue and East 33rd Street.
The owners of the horses responded and the herd was turned over to them.
The horses did not sustain any injuries and no property was damaged.
