After searching Sioux Falls and the surrounding area, the Sioux Falls Police Department and local authorities found a young teenage girl.

A 13-year-old girl named Tatiana Twiggs was first reported missing around midnight on Tuesday, December 2nd. Thankfully, it looks like a Christmas miracle came early for Tatiana's family and friends

Details surrounding Tatiana Twiggs' disappearance are still uncertain. But the important aspect of this case remains: Tatiana is finally home safe and sound. During the search, the Sioux Falls Police Department posted her picture on social media, along with all the updated details, which can be found on Facebook and Twitter.

Officials kept the public informed every step of this search, including asking residents to keep their eyes open for say Tatiana Twiggs. She was last seen near 41st Street and Marion Road around midnight.

She is a 13-year-old Native American female, 5’5”, 120 lbs., wearing a black coat, black/blue pajamas, gray sweater, and black/white shoes.

No matter what the circumstances are, this is always a scary situation for families and friends of a missing loved one. Prayers of Tatiana's family and the community were answered, and now she's home away from the bitter cold.

Dear God please keep her safe and bring her home

My heart goes out to Tatiana and her family. Prayers for her safe return and the community's efforts to find her.

Please Lord be with her and protect her. My heart goes out to the parents as well for comfort and wisdom. Parents can only do so much.
