Last Chance Auction and Events Center has breathed new life into the   Old Kramer Livestock Auction Center west of Sioux Falls on Highway 42 and Ellis road.  The story of the auction center started in the 1950's by Ed Barry with the building constructed by Bob Ollerich. The Kramer family purchased it in 1969. Through the years, regular agriculture related auctions were held, selling small farm animals, hay and tack. The final Kramer auction was held in late 2015.

Opening day of Last Chance Auction and Events will Saturday, June 25th, 2016 according to owner Rich Larson

As a salute to the traditions of this building, our very first event will be a special livestock auction. Moving forward, we plan to offer the Sioux Empire a variety of different auctions, such as automobiles, artwork, collectibles and household items. Event space in the Sioux Falls area is often hard to find. Last Chance Auction is also an Event Center, offering a 5000 square foot facility where couples can hold their weddings and receptions, also family reunions, corporate meetings and so on. The possibilities at Last Chance Auction and Events are infinite!
