As the restaurant becomes part of Harrah's in Council Bluffs, the casino is undergoing a $22 million renovation to expand the casino floor, which will add 200 new slot machines and 250 more hotel rooms, the Des Moines Register reports.

For the $4 million restaurant, plans are to build an outdoor patio area that will sit next to the outdoor venue, the Stir Concert Cove.

The Menu

Everything on this menu is huge. To start, five burger options will be found on the menu;

  • Bacon Mac and Cheeseburger
  • Ringer Burger with Onion Ring and Bourbon Brown Sugar Barbecue Sauce
  • Kobe Beef with Carmelized Onion Jam and Smoked Gouda
  • Turkey and Veggie options for all of the above.

Most of the burgers will come with Guy's Donkey Sauce - garlic aioli, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire.
