I recently attended a luncheon presented by the American Heart Association at the Sioux Falls Convention Center.

With an audience of more than 400 influential women and men in the community, the message was plain and simple: more than 41 million American women are living with one or more types of cardiovascular disease, yet only one in five view heart disease as their greatest health threat.  The bottom line: heart disease is still the No. 1 killer of women age 20 and older, killing approximately one woman every minute!

Check out the video with Chrissy Meyer of the American Heart Association.  Chrissy has a message for all women to hear!
