It was the the video that made us all feel so self satisfied. "See, this is what happens Miley! Thanks a lot!" But, the internet's hopes have been dashed - the video is fake. There was no evil twerking accident. It was all a stunt by talk show host Jimmy Kimmel. The girl is really a stuntwoman named Daphne Avalon.

"We shot that video two months ago and posted it on YouTube. We didn't send it to any TV stations, we didn't tweet it. We just put it on YouTube and let the magic happen," Jimmy Said. See the full explanation below.
