Downtown Riverfest Has A Super Cool New Host

This year will mark Downtown Riverfest's 7th year! And for lucky number 7 they've brought in an exceptional talent to host!

ME! That's right,yours truly, Tasha from the morning show, will be your hostess with the mostess. I'll be out at Riverfest on Saturday, August 17th. Everything gets started at 4 and goes until 11! So come say, "Hi!"

The event takes places along the Downtown River Greenway between 8th and 6th streets. There will be activities and vendors on both sides of the river! You guys, there are canoe rides and beer bingo! Not to mention kettle corn and mini doughnuts and ice cream and nachos! For a full list of events and vendors check out Downtown Sioux Falls.

This year's headlining bands are Hometown Glow at 4:30, followed by Good Morning Bedlam at 6:30, and the evening will be topped off with Satchel Grande at 8:45!

Then, the best part, the grand finale, promptly at 10:54 PM the evening will end with fireworks!!!

Oh, and did I mention the event is free to attend!
