Shaffer Chimere Smith or better known as Ne-Yo has been in the music game since 1998. He gained fame for his song-writing abilities having wrote songs for artists such as Mary J. Blige, B2K, Faith Evans, and Beyonce just to name a few.

Now the 35-year old singer recently dropped his sixth studio album called, Non-Fiction, back in January. He also became the 2nd male R&B artist to have six consecutive top 10 albums since Chris Brown in 2014.

Ne-Yo was recently in Australia promoting his new album. He stopped by “Nova’s Red Room” and performed an acoustic version of Nick Jonas’ song “Jealous”.
