A Preschool Set up in a Nursing Home

A retirement community decided to combine a nursing home with a preschool, that way it is a win win for all involved. The young children get to learn from their elders, and the residents in the nursing home get the joy and company from the young children.

This film was shot at the Providence Mount St. Vincent retirement home in Seattle, Washington, and its also the home to the Inter-generational Learning Center, over the course of the 2012-2013 school year.
