The Chainsmokers Hit Song ‘Closer’ Finally Has Steamy Music Video

The Chainsmokers featuring Halsey "Closer" has dominated since late Summer and has been atop the singles charts since September 3rd.

They performed the song on the MTV VMAs and that sparked speculation that Halsey and Drew Taggart of The Chainsmokers were an item. And honestly, this steamy video isn't helping their case. They look pretty comfy with each other.

It seems odd that the music video was just released. Usually a music video coincides with a single's release or even precedes it to build promotion for the song and album. But I guess The Chainsmokers do what they want.
