That’s Hot! Warm Up with These Sioux Falls Summer Memories

On such a cold day, its a little difficult to picture the warmth of summer in Sioux Falls. Here's a little refresher. Picture yourself in the warm South Dakota sun and think warm thoughts!

Remember this day? The Hot Air Balloon race was great, but it was so hot we were looking for shade!

Can you see yourself on the bleachers at Catfish Bay while you hear the boat motor humming and the waves lapping on the shore?   That's a warm summer memory.

Why is it that we seem to go to the zoo on the hottest day of summer? Thankfully the misting fan near the petting zoo cooled us off. Here are the adorable zebras playing tag. A perfect summer day.

You can't have the heat without a little humidity.  Oh those churning South Dakota clouds on a hot day!

The Sioux Falls Riverfront hosted many great events and there's more to come.

It won't be too much longer and we'll be seeing the snow melt, spring coming and warmer weather. In the meantime find some hot chocolate, a space heater and stay warm!
