A Sioux Falls man was arrested after attacking a man with a metal pipe following a dispute over money.

According to reports, the argument began near 12th Street and Prairie Avenue at around 1:30 a.m. The suspect left for a brief time and returned with a metal pipe.  He struck the 25-year-old victim in the head and then fled.

Emergency personnel found the victim unconscious with serious head injuries. The victim was taken to a hospital and is in critical condition with life-threatening injuries.
Nicholas Harris Longcrow, 32, of Sioux Falls was arrested and charged with four counts of aggravated assault.
