I have some cool t-shirts that I want to wear again, so I need to get in shape. Oh yea, and for the future and health and to live at least a hundred more years. I’m on a quest to not be fat when I turn 40 next year. Read my intro post here and last week’s post here.
This update is a bit more upbeat than last time. The exercise is falling into a habit that am use to, rather than mad about. The eating on the whole continues to improve. I'm even forcing myself to like kale. It's not horrible. Especially drowned in balsamic dressing.
What I really want to share this time is this picture of my belt. Had to put a new hole in it to keep my pants up. Even now my pants can work their way down some, but it is tangible proof of progress. Or that my ten dollar belt is stretching. I'll go with the former.
This week's workout song is an oldie that I rediscovered this week.

The t-shirt that I want to share this week is the front of the most treasured piece in my collection: my Mystery Science Theater 3000 shirt. I got this shirt in 1998 and wore it faithfully until the junk defeated it in the battle for my mid-section. It has very classy MST3K on the front along with the bots. See it above.
