What is This in the Skies Above Sioux Falls?

This was seen in the skies over Sioux Falls Tuesday morning (February 14). What is it?

Is it the aftermath of skywriting? Was it a proposal? Did they say yes?

Is it a message from the aliens? Are they signaling to us? Are we about to make first contact? Well, the aliens couldn't have chosen a better place to land. Sioux Falls is a beautiful place full of wonderful, warm, and friendly people. Maybe they'd like a tater-tot hot dish. I'd like a tater-tot hot dish. Cheese, potatoes, some sort of creamy soup. Yummy.

Yep, that's my guess. The aliens want a casserole.
